યોજનાનો હેતુ :

અનુસૂચિત જાતિના ઘરવિહોણા, ખુલ્લો પ્લોટ ધરાવતા, રહેવાલાયક ન હોય તેવું કાચુ ગાર માટીનું તથા પ્રથમ માળ ઉપર મકાન બાંધવા માટે . ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ ત્રણ હપ્તામાં ચુકવાવમાં આવે છે.”.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ સહાય પૈકી પ્રથમ હપ્તો- ૪૦,૦૦૦, બીજો હપ્તો- ૬૦,૦૦૦ અને ત્રીજો હપ્તો- ૨૦,૦૦૦/- આપવામાં આવે છે.
For the construction of a house on the first floor of a house made of clay and on the ground floor of a house belonging to the Scheduled Caste, having an open plot, which is not habitable, Rs. 1,20,000 is paid in three installments. Out of the assistance of Rs. 1,20,000, the first installment is Rs. 40,000, the second installment is Rs. 60,000 and the third installment is Rs. 20,000/-.

નિયમો અને શરતો :

લાભાર્થી દ્વારા અથવા લાભાર્થીના અન્ય કુટુંબના સભ્યો દ્વારા સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા અમલિત અન્ય કોઈપણ આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ લાભ લીધેલ ન હોવો જોઈએ.(The beneficiary must not accept the beneficiary or other members of the beneficiary’s family under any other accommodation to be implemented by the government.)
ડૉ.આંબેડકર આવાસ યોજના હેઠળ મળેલ સહાયથી મકાનનું સંપૂર્ણ બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ થાય નહી તેથી બાકીની રકમ લાભાર્થીને પોતે ઉમેરીને મકાન બાંધકામ પૂર્ણ કરવાનું રહેશે.(The entire construction of the house will not be completed with the assistance received under the Dr. Ambedkar Housing Scheme, so the beneficiary will have to contribute the remaining amount himself to complete the construction of the house.)
ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક =.૧,૨૦,૦૦૦ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં વાર્ષિક આવક -.૧,૫૦,૦૦૦ થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઇએ.(Annual income in rural areas should not exceed = .1,20,000 and annual income in urban areas should not exceed -.1,50,000.)
આવાસ સહાય ઉપરાંત ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં મહાત્મા ગાંધી નરેગા (MGNREGA) યોજના હેઠળ આવાસ બાંધકામ માટે ૯૦ દિવસની બિનકુશળ રોજગારી માટે -.૧૬,૯૨૦ તે યોજનાના નિયમો મુજબ તાલુકા પંચાયતની નરેગા બ્રાંચ તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.(In addition to housing assistance, 90 days of unskilled employment for housing construction under the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) scheme in rural areas can be obtained from the NREGA branch of the Taluka Panchayat as per the rules of that scheme.)
સ્વચ્છ ભારત મિશન હેઠળ શૌચાલય માટે =.૧૨,૦૦૦/-ની સહાયગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં તાલુકા પંચાયતની અને શહેરી વિસ્તારમાં નગરપાલીકા/મહાનગરપાલિકા તરફથી મેળવી શકાશે.(Under the Swachh Bharat Mission, assistance of Rs. 12,000/- for toilets can be obtained from the Taluka Panchayat in rural areas and from the Municipality/Metropolitan Municipality in urban areas.)

જે જમીન ઉપર મકાન બાંધવાનું છે, તે જમીન ના ક્ષેત્રફળ જણાવતા ચતુર્દિશા દર્શાવતા નકશા ની નકલ (તલાટી-કમ-મંત્રીશ્રી)ની સહીવાળી
મકાન બાંધકામ ચિઠ્ઠી
અગાઉ આ યોજનામાં લાભ લીધો નથી તે અંગેનું સોગંધનામું
પતિના મરણ નો દાખલો (જો વિધવા હોય તો)
