ફાર્મર રજિસ્ટ્રી પોર્ટલ પર ખેડૂતોની નોંધણીમાં ગુજરાત દેશમાં પ્રથમ ક્રમે, માત્ર 50 ટકા લક્ષ્યાંક પૂર્ણ
Farmer Registration Portal (Kishan farmer registrations) ગુજરાતમાં એગ્રીસ્ટેક પ્રોજેક્ટ હેઠળ ખેડૂત ખાતેદારના લેન્ડ રેકર્ડને યુનિક આઈ.ડી સાથે લિંક કરવા માટે ગત 15 ઓક્ટોબરથી ખેડૂતોની નોંધણી શરૂ કરવામાં આવી છે. ગુજરાતમાં પી.એમ. કિસાન યોજનાના 66 લાખ જેટલા ખેડૂત લાભાર્થીઓની નોંધણી પૂર્ણ કરવાનો લક્ષ્યાંક છે. જેની સામે અત્યાર સુધીમાં રાજ્યના 33 લાખથી વધુ ખેડૂતો, એટલે કે, 50 ટકાથી વધુ ખેડૂતોની નોંધણી પૂર્ણ થઇ છે. નોંધણી કરાવનાર ખેડૂતોને સરકારની વિવિધ યોજનાઓનો લાભ સરળતાથી મળે તેવું આયોજન કરાયું છે.
In Gujarat, under the Agristec project, registration of farmers has started from October 15 to link the land records of the farmer account holder with the unique ID. In Gujarat, the target is to complete the registration of 66 lakh farmer beneficiaries of the PM Kisan Yojana. Against which, so far, more than 33 lakh farmers of the state, i.e., more than 50 per percent of the farmers, have completed their registration. It has been planned that the farmers who register will easily get the benefits of various government schemes.
ફાર્મર રજીસ્ટ્રી પોર્ટલ પર ખેડૂતોની નોંધણીમાં ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સમગ્ર દેશમાં પ્રથમ છે. ગુજરાતે દેશમાં સૌપ્રથમ 50 ટકા ખેડૂતોની નોંધણી પૂર્ણ કરતા ભારત સરકાર તરફથી “સ્પેશિયલ સેન્ટ્રલ આસીસ્ટન્સ’ તરીકે રૂ. 123.75 કરોડની પ્રોત્સાહક ગ્રાન્ટ આપવામાં આવશે. અગાઉ પણ ગુજરાતે 25 ટકા ખેડૂતોની નોંધણી પૂર્ણ કરતા ભારત સરકાર તરફથી રૂ. 82 કરોડની પ્રોત્સાહક ગ્રાન્ટ ફાળવવામાં આવી હતી. આ પ્રોત્સાહક ગ્રાન્ટનો ઉપયોગ ગુજરાતના વિવિધ ખેડૂત હિતલક્ષી પ્રોજેક્ટોમાં કરવામાં આવે છે.

Gujarat is the first state in the country to complete the registration of 50 per percent of farmers, and the Government of India will provide an incentive grant of Rs. 123.75 crore as “Special Central Assistance”. Earlier, Gujarat had completed the registration of 25 per percent of farmers, and the Government of India had allocated an incentive grant of Rs 82 crore. રાજ્ય સરકારના પ્રયાસો થકી ફાર્મર રજીસ્ટ્રી વધુ વેગવાન બની છે. ફાર્મર રજીસ્ટ્રી હેઠળ ખેડૂતોની નોંધણીમાં 74 ટકા કામગીરી સાથે નવસારી જિલ્લો ગુજરાતમાં પ્રથમ ક્રમે છે. જ્યારે, 71 ટકા નોંધણી સાથે ડાંગ જિલ્લો બીજા ક્રમે અને 66 ટકા નોંધણી સાથે જૂનાગઢ જિલ્લો રાજ્યમાં ત્રીજા ક્રમે છે. આ ઉપરાંત સુરત અને ભરૂચ જિલ્લામાં પણ 63-63 ટકા ખેડૂત નોંધણી પૂર્ણ થઈ છે.
The efforts of the state government have accelerated the Farmer Registry. Navsari district is at the first rank in Gujarat with 74 per percent completion of farmer registration under the Farmer Registry. While Dang district is at the second rank with 71 per percent registration and Junagadh district is at the third rank in the state with 66 per percent registration. Apart from this, 63 per percent farmer registration has also been completed in Surat and Bharuch districts.

અત્રે ઉલ્લેખનીય છે કે, ફાર્મર રજીસ્ટ્રી હેઠળ દરેક ખેડૂતને આધાર આઈ.ડી.ની જેમ એક 11 ડિજિટની યુનિક ફાર્મર આઈ.ડી આપવામાં આવશે, જેમાં ખેડૂતોની જમીન સહિતની વિવિધ વિગતો ઉપલબ્ધ રહેશે. આ આઈ.ડી.ના માધ્યમથી ખેડૂતોને રાજ્ય તથા કેન્દ્ર સરકારની વિવિધ હિતલક્ષી યોજનાઓનો લાભ સરળતાથી, પારદર્શકતાપૂર્વક અને સમયસર મળશે. ભારત સરકારની સૂચના અનુસાર ગુજરાતમાં ફાર્મર રજીસ્ટ્રી આગામી 25 માર્ચ 2025 સુધીમાં પૂર્ણ કરવાનું આયોજન છે.
It is worth mentioning here that under the Farmer Registry, every farmer will be given an 11-digit unique Farmer ID like Aadhaar ID, in which various details, including the land of the farmers, will be available. Through this ID, farmers will get the benefits of various welfare schemes of the state and central government easily, transparently and on time. According to the instructions of the Government of India, the Farmer Registry in Gujarat is planned to be completed by 25 March 2025.
